The Course Convenor plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and development of the golf course and its facilities. This position works closely with the Head Greenkeeper or Course Superintendent to ensure the golf course remains a top-notch playing environment that meets the expectations of both club members and visitors.

Role Responsibilities:
- Liaises and works with the Head Greenkeeper/Course Superintendent to maintain and develop the golf course and equipment, ensuring satisfaction and enjoyment for both club members and visitors.
- Focuses on enhancing the course quality and playability standards by fostering a culture of planning, staff development, and increased volunteerism from members.
- Chairs the Course Sub-Committee and communicates effectively with the Management Committee, golf committees, other sub-committees, members, and staff.
